There is a second floor entrance via front facing steps and a balcony and this opens into the dining, living and kitchen area. There is also a bedroom with and en-suite, and another shower room and w.c. Upstairs there are three modern bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and there is a fourth shower room on this level too. On the landing there is also a `snug` area and another television point, so a good place for the kids to go and hide. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for eight people. It is well equipped with everything you need, plus free wi-fi and English TV.

Situated overlooking the River Dranse, the property is right in the heart of the `old town` of Morzine and just along from the church. Some of the main bars and restaurants and the main supermarket are only minutes from the apartment. Ski access is also made very easy due to the two bus stops that are within minutes of your door. All the key ski shuttles frequently pass these stops and provide access to all the main lift stations in the area. The buses are free and a great way of getting access to all the key ski stations for Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz and deeper into Switzerland.

Chalet Arthur compromises of three apartments; Pleney, Nyon and Avoriaz. All can be interlinked to provide one big chalet sleeping up to 26 in total, or, just Pleney and Avoriaz can be connected to provide an 18 bed chalet, or likewise, Avoriaz and Nyon can be linked to make a 17 bed chalet. You will receive a 10% reduction in the published price if booking all three apartments together.

Chalet Arthur is in a fantastic location right near the base of the new gondola at Le Pleney. This area is the main access to the Morzine and Les Gets ski area. This perfect location means you are minutes away from catching that bubble and getting fresh tracks before anyone else. All the ski schools and the club Piou Piou also meet at the bottom (or top) of this lift. From Pleney you can also catch the little road train which goes directly across the village to the Super Morzine gondola. This provides ski access to Avoriaz and beyond, deeper into the Portes du Soleil. There is also the main ski bus stop a few metres from the apartment. This again provides many options to reach all the key lift stations in the area.

Chalet des Coeurs is a new and beautiful chalet oozing luxury. It is located at the beginning of one of the most scenic and peaceful valleys in the area – The Vallee de la Manche. The chalet is situated at the end of a private driveway just a few minutes on foot from the Nyon Telepherique. This unique and beautiful location offers quick, easy and snow sure access to the world renowned Portes du Soleil ski area which includes almost 650 km of marked pistes.

Chalet des Coeurs has five lovely bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve in total. The chalet also has three luxury bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The property is well appointed and has everything you need. There is a wi-fi connection, laundry facilities and parking for up to five vehicles.

Double Bedroom

The traditional alpine village of Morzine is twenty minutes on foot (1900m to village centre), so we do recommend having a car to help with things like provisioning, although there is a free bus that runs up and down the valley during the day. Many of our guests choose to drive all the way to Morzine and of course hiring a vehicle from Geneva airport is also very easy. The drive into the village centre is just a couple of minutes, where you will find supermarkets, shops and of course lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

All in all this is the perfect chalet for a couple of families or a group of friends who are really keen to get on the mountain. This beautiful alpine chalet will definitely lead to a truly wonderful, relaxing mountain experience.

Given the wonderful location it is a great property for very keen skiers but also for those who just want to relax in town and enjoy all the other activities that the town and resort have to offer.

Brand new to Alptitude`s portfolio in 2012, Les Egralets is a beautiful, welcoming and comfortable self-catering apartment in a traditional chalet style. The apartment is on two floors, with stunning views of the mountains, is privately owned and furnished to a high standard. There are four large twin/double bedrooms sleeping eight guests with space for an additional child’s bed and cot in the largest bedroom.

The apartment block is built into the side of the valley which makes access into the property very easy as it is all on road level from the Route des Bois Venants at the rear. There is a private parking space just off the road and you also have your own private entrance into the apartment giving it a real alpine chalet feel.

Les Egralets is superbly located just five minutes` walk (on the level) to the Super Morzine lift from where you have access to the fabulous skiing in Avoriaz, Chatel and Switzerland (Portes du Soleil). The Petit Train runs a regular service between Super-Morzine and the Plénéy lifts for the Morzine Les Gets ski areas.

The bus stop for the free Navette bus service is less than a minute from the apartment and runs between Morzine and the Nyon, Prodains and Ardents lift stations.

The shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Morzine are within five minutes walk.
